The Provincial House - A Large Home with a beautiful outdoor entertaining area overlooking a wonderful solar heated swimming pool. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we can accomodate a family of 4 or a gathering of 12 with ease. The home is fully furnished, with linen & bath towels, and has been recently updated. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms that open on to the balcony, for good parkland views and ocean glimpses. One is a Master with a queen bed and Ensuite, the other has 2 single beds. Downstairs the second Master has a queen bed & Ensuite, and at over 6m x 4m, can easily accommodate 2 additional beds if needed. The third Master with queen bed and the 5th bedroom with 2 single beds share the 3rd Bathroom.The Family Room, Dining and Kitchen occupy the central area of the home. The Kitchen looks over the Outdoor Entertaining Area and Pool. Seating for the largest group can be satisfied in the Dining Room, and the Family Room is no less spacious. At almost 8m x 6m the Games Room has an additional TV, Wireless Broadband, an X Box + 50 games, air hockey and casual seating, all looking out to the pool, which is securely enclosed behind a lockable glass panel fence.
In The Vicinity
The Beach is a short 2 minute drive away. The Bus is a 1 minute walk away, as is the Primary School. The Train Station is a 3 minute drive, and the 2 major shopping centres, called Karrinyup Shopping Centre and Whitford City are only 5 minutes away. Perth CBD is only 15 minutes by car. The area is well serviced by restaurants. Within a couple of kilometres there are several private and public Primary and Secondary Schools. And Hillarys Marina/Sorrento Quay, Perth's Premiere Tourist Attraction, is on your doorstep, with all its Facilities and Patrolled Beaches. The Ferry to Rottnest Island departs daily from the Quay for either a day trip or a longer Island stay. Within 30 minutes drive are numerous other tourist attractions. As a location Sorrento is hard to beat.
You have about a 30 minute drive to get to The Provincial House from either the domestic or international airport.
Rental Tariff Rates
Please note that the rental is based on 8 people staying, (except for Super Specials which are for 4 people staying).
Christmas and New Year Season:
We aim to make The Provincial House available to any size groups, but in particular large Family Gatherings.To give 2 separate Family Groups the opportunity to enjoy time together over the Christmas/New Year period, we look to have a change over about 27 or 28 December, with one group staying over Christmas and the next group staying over New Year. Please inquire for minimum stay and tariffs. We aim to stay available for folks wanting to have an extended holiday stay, rather than just 3 or 4 nights nights over both Christmas and New Year.
Having 12 people stay does not mean you are all on top of each other. The size of the house ensure this, with some very large bedrooms, at 6m x 4m and 4m x 4m. So in normal beds, not foldaways, we can comfortably sleep 12 people. We often have two families, extended families, wedding parties or sporting groups staying, and can arrange the bedding to be a max of 4 queens and 8 singles to a total of 12. Standard is 3 Queens and 6 singles, and there is a charge of $50.00 to rearrange and set up the 4th Queen Bed, should you require it. Just let us know your requirements.

It is a fantstic place to stay, there were 11 including a couple of kids in our party (who were kept busy with all the toys in the games room) we had was so much space both inside and out that there was no problem finding a quiet spot.
The pool was great warm all day long the adults enjoyed it more than the kids.
The house made our holiday I would advise anybody to stay here, if we ever return to aus there would be no where else we would want to stay.

The house is fantastic you could not fault one thing everybody loved the outside enough room for us all to eat, hours were spent in the heated pool.
Inside the kitchen was very well equiped to feed us all with more than enough seating.
The overiding memory about this house was space if you wanted to be on your own you could there was no feeling of being on top of each other.
