Deco Diva 481 is a beautiful, newly renovated one bedroom self contained cottage. All the art deco features have been brought back to life in a magnificent renovation mixed with all the contemporary conveniences you could wish for.

Deco Diva 481 provides off street parking via remote controlled gates which also open to a garden courtyard where you can enjoy some outdoor relaxation.

Your accommodation includes a luxurious king sized bedroom (which can also be separated to 2 singles if required), lovely bed linen, soft doonas and a range of soft, medium and firm pillows. All the comforts of home are provided for you with spare blankets and fluffy bathrobes to relax in. We can also provide a trundle for an extra guest if required ($100 flat fee).

The lounge/dining is furnished with a brand new, very comfortable lounge suite, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD and FOXTEL, stereo, books and magazines and a well equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette has fridge, convection microwave, electric cooktop, kettle, toaster, crockery and all the usual utensils.

The sparkling white, brand new bathroom looks out onto a gorgeous pebbled courtyard with water feature. The bathroom includes vanity, shower, fluffy towels, hairdryer and all the essential bathroom products together with a washing machine/dryer.

As a member of the Boutique Stays group, this property has been personally inspected by our Managing Director, is serviced weekly to high quality standards and professionally maintained. We are also just a phone call away should you need anything during your stay.

All bookings include all bed linen, towels, and interim or weekly cleaning for stays of longer than a week

Pet Stays are welcome by arrangement.

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
