This house has everything you need for a great holiday. Stand at the top of the drive way and you can see the trees on the beach park which is only a few minutes walk. There are very few beachside eateries and bars and you would be only a few minutes walk from one of the best. Only one year old this sprawling pub has a seperate restaurant and large bar both with huge balconies looking out to the ocean. It is definitely family friendly, great for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a drink at sunset.
Jump in the hire car, turn left at the beach and take one of the most pictureque routes in Perth, the sunset coast tourist drive which takes you right down the ocean path to Scarborough Beach. It is truly breathtaking! The coast road takes you all the way past cottesloe and to Fremantle. The drive to Fremantle is suprisingly short at around 35 minutes.
The house is also just 1 minutes drive from a rather large shopping mall with many cafes, cinema, food hall and more shops than you could ever need.
While the house does have one of the best locations available it certainly does not fall down in the area of comfort.

Luxury features of the house include a HEATED SPA for six, a SUPER DEEP TUB, extra comfy couches 2x3 meters long with an ottoman to put those tourist tired feet up and of course SATELITE TV.
The particularly large garden would also be considered a luxury. It is very private and presentation is nice with established plants. For the children there is a cute little cuby house and swings.

The Beach House
The house is by no means a mansion but it does have a great layout for entertaining. It has a certain character that other houses of the same era do not have. The ceilings are higher and it has that very important kitchen/family meals room looking out to the garden. The lounge, family/kitchen and outdoor entertaining area flow from one to the other each side by side from front to back.
If you look at the main picture of the kitchen/meals it looks a little smaller than in person. The stove top and glass hob are both 90cm and the kitchen to give a better idea of scale.
For your convienience there are two televisions, a porta cot and a six seater dining table that transforms into a 10 seater with a few clicks. A few little added extras to make life easy if the relatives or friends pop round.
The layout consists of four bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 1 double, 2 singles and of course the previously mentioned cot.

Only 500 metres to the beach, surf club and beachfront bar and restaurant (see photos). Mullaloo is an affulent but laid back beach location not far from the hussle and bussle of the inner city(approx 30 min on public transport). Public transport is available for day trips, but if you are just relaxing there are more than enough restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance. The Cinema is located at the huge shopping mall which is only a 10 min walk from the property. For the golf lovers the Joondalup Country Club is a 5 minute drive. The list of things to do is long but horseriding, winery hopping in the Swan Valley, watersking or a trip to the lovely Rottnest Holiday Island are just a few. An easy site see is the very popular Hillarys boat harbour just a 5 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride down the lovely coastal bike paths.
