The house is in Floreat, regarded as an elite suburb west of Perth, with beautiful well established homes and gardens and only 5 mins drive to the beach and 10 mins to the city.

In close proximity is the beautiful Perry Lakes wildlife park and recreation centre, with Challenge Stadium and Paterson's (Subiaco) Oval both just a short distance away.

A bus stop is directly around the corner for those who like to enjoy the sporting or concert events without the hassle of parking. Subiaco is also a renown shopping precinct and boasts the Regal Theatre, regularly playing host to visiting international acts and local performers.

Floreat Forum, just a 5 minute walk away provides supermarkets, shops, resturants, banks, post office, a library, gym and tavern. Hospitals are close by and a public golf course just 5 mins driving distance.

All in all a great house and location for any short or long term visit to Perth.
