Syrena is situated on the lower floor of a three level home. Access is via an external staircase. It comprises a lounge room, two bedrooms – one with a queen size bed, the other with large single beds; a bathroom, separate toilet and a kitchenette/laundry.

The main bedroom and the lounge room enjoy views of Perth’s Swan River and open onto a generous terrace with outdoor dining facilities and a gas bar-b-que.

Syrena is within walking distance (2km) of the Perth cbd, Burswood Resort and Casino (1.5 km), and Northbridge nightlife and estaurant strip. It is 5 minutes walk to bothClaisebrook and East Perth train stations, the Transwest and Greyhound bus termini. It is served by Perth’s free CAT (Central Area Transit) buses. It is 15 minutes (by taxi) from the Perth domestic air terminal and about 20 minutes from the international terminal.

Syrena is also within walking distance of a range of at least 20 restaurants and eateries, local shops, supermarkets, hairdressers, galleries and convenience stores
