Travel along the Pacific Highway till you come to the "Wootton Way"turnoff and drive 6 or 15 K's (depending which way you came in)through the forests and rolling green hills to Wootton.Next to the bridge across the Coolongolook River you will find the Wootton Guest House, built along the lines of an old country farmhouse but with all of todays modern facilities.

    We were at Wootton Guesthouse for only a one night stopover but we could not have asked for more comfortable and congenial accommodation; it's just like being part of Peter the host's family. The food is excellent, the building new and beautifully finished and the surroundings a delightful example of country tranquility. We found it on the net while looking for pet-friendly accommodation and I just know our dog gave it a 5 star rating!
