This 'old Freo' home has been modernised with a stunning up-to-the-minute addition, incorporating the old traditional resources with new ergonomic designs.
Along with many interesting features the house has a wood fire in the main living area for those cozy winter evenings. Wood is supplied. From the main living area french doors open to a courtyard. If you feel like dining 'alfresco' the courtyard with BBQ and outdoor settings is private and secure.
Children love ponds, we have 2, and ask that the children would 'feed the fish' once a day when visiting.

If you do not have a car, do not wish to walk, the popular FREE Fremantle CAT bus service departs every 10 mins from a bus stop only metres away from SEASIDE RENDEZVOUS. This service completes a full circuit of Fremantle in 20 mins stopping at most of Fremantle's historic, and sites of interest.
Trains depart from Fremantle for Perth every 15 mins. The CAT bus connects with this service stopping outside the Fremantle Station, and connects with many other Transperth bus services too.

RATES/BOOKING CONDITIONS/CANCELLATION POLICY

RATES: WINTER TO SUMMER RANGE
- $180-$250 per night per double
- Extra adult at $30 -$40 per night (15 years and over),
- Extra child at $20 per night (under 15 years),
- Long stay rates are negotiable (longer term being greater
than 3 months),

CONDITIONS:
- Minimum of 3 nights stay
- Minimum of 10 nights stay over Christmas/New Year
- 30% deposit is required at the time of booking,
- Balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival
- Deposits are non-refundable unless by special arrangement
- Check-in time is from 2 pm
- Check-out time is by 10 am

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings cancelled with: 72hrs notice: 25% cancellation fee
48hrs notice: 50% cancellation fee
24 hrs notice: At owners discression
If property can be relet to cover cancelled booking full refund less 10% handling fee will be given.
