Set high on the hill in Forster Heights in an area known as Angler's Paradise, this 4 bedroom family-friendly house can accommodate 12 people. Three families are easily accommodated. Great balcony with bridge, lake and hinterland views where you can sit and relax and take in the spectacular sunsets.

Upstairs there are 2 dining tables each seating 6+ people. lounge areas are on both floors.

Forster is a popular area of the Mid-North Coast. Having access to both fabulous beaches and Wallis Lake there is plenty to do for all holidaymakers. Several boat ramps are nearby as are fabulous beaches, which are patrolled in season. Great seafood is a feature of Forster-Tuncurry and there are several excellent restaurants. Sporting facilities include two 18 hole golf courses and water activities.

Main Beach, One Mile Beach, Forster Golf Course, Forster Bowling Club and the new Stockland shopping mall are all only two minutes away from this centrally located house.

THE HOUSE

Located in central Forster and situated high on the hill to capture the breezes, 'Forster Lakeview' has an enviable position. On two levels, the kitchen and main living/dining areas are upstairs. There are 2 dining tables which each seat 6 people. Also upstairs are three bedrooms and brand new bathroom (with separate bath) and separate toilet. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and the other two each have 2 single beds. From the balcony you can sit and relax and feel on top of the world (or Paradise at least!).

Downstairs is a large bedroom, which has a queen bed and a wooden futon lounge that can be opened up to sleep two people, and another large living area with a television. This living area also has a wooden futon lounge and a double sofa bed. A bathroom and toilet is off this living area.

Alongside, a large garage area is set up as a receational area and houses a pool table and a fussball game. (Due to this fact the garage is not to be used for cars-it has a difficult, narrow entrance which makes it impractical for parking a care in it.) There are also toys and games in the games cupboard.

A large gas BBQ will help you entertain. There are 2 outdoor settings as well. These are on the balcony and downstairs near the outdoor area.

The laundry is spacious with a washing machine and laundry tub. There is plenty of room for pushbikes, golf clubs and bodyboards here.

UPSTAIRS - Bedroom 1 - queen bed, Bedroom 2 - two single beds, Bedroom 3 - two single beds.

DOWNSTAIRS - Very large bedroom with a queen bed and a wooden futon lounge that can sleep two people. In the spacious lounge area there is another wooden futon lounge that comfortably sleeps two persons.

There is a port-a-cot and high chair and two single-bed foam mattresses (please request on booking).

Parking for three/four vehicles (cars, boats, trailers) is next to the house. (N.B. The garage has a difficult, narrow entrance and is where the pool table is - it is not to be used for cars.)

DOG FRIENDLY

This house is suitable for dogs. There is a dog bed but please bring your dog's own bedding. Dogs MUST be requested on booking.

Please note that dogs are NOT allowed in the bedrooms and are not to be left alone in the house in your absence.
