The paint is just dry on this newly renovated and beautifully furnished cottage at the seaside haven of Old Bar Beach on the mid north Coast of NSW.

"SeaStay Cottage" has a brand new kitchen and bathroom and all new furniture, furnishings and inventory. The cottage is in a fabulous location just 1-2 minutes stroll to shops, cafes and bush trails and 5 min walk to park, surf beach, pool, playground and award wining Club Old Bar with great meal deals, TAB and coffee shop.

There are comfy leather lounges with widescreen TV & DVD player/recorder, spacious well equipped kitchen with microwave. The cottage sleeps up to 4 people - a queen bedroom and second smaller bedroom with twin beds - all beds have king koil ensembles for a great nights sleep. Quality sheets, towels, doonas & bathrobes supplied.

There also an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and washing supplies are provided as well.

SeaStay Cottage is on an adjoining property to SeaChange Cottage which makes it ideal for two families wishing to holiday together. There is also the choice of our luxury 3 bedroom Executive Villa at the cul-de-sac end of the same street with ducted airconditioning that will accommodate up to 6. There is an ensuite to the master bedroom in the Villa and three way bathroom with bath.

The Cottages have a large fenced yard with cubby house for the tiny tots.

With secure yards, the Cottages and Villa are suitable for a well behaved pet. Both have BBQ facilities and telephone for local and incoming calls and computer connection.

Situated in the picturesque Manning Valley River and Rainforest Coast region north of Forster and just 8 minute drive from the North Coast Freeway at the Taree Exit.

The Manning Valley is one of the best kept holiday secrets (so our guests tell us) on the NSW North Coast. You can have a beach to yourself up here!

We are 20 minutes south east of the pretty River City of Taree with modern undercover shopping centres. Set in a quiet street just a short stroll to all local attractions including surf beach, cafes/restaurants and local shopping village and Club.
