The house is well located between the city and the sea and only 2km from the beach. Karrinyup is a quiet secluded suburb on the fringes of popular Scarborough Beach and several other quieter beaches along the coast. A 25minute walk from the house will have you dipping your toes in the sparkling Indian Ocean.
Several large shopping centres including Karrinyup are only a short 500m walk away. There are both public and private golf courses within 10minutes drive and public transport is conveniently accessible to the heart of Perth city just 15minutes by train.
We are around 20mins from the domestic airport and 30mins from the International airport by car.
Several schools, both public and private, are in very close proximity with some within walking distance.
There are an assortment of cafe's, restaurants and coffee shops and two major cinema centres within 10 minutes drive.
Hilarys Boat Harbour, which includes several restaurants and children's adventure playgrounds, is also only 10 minutes drive north along the scenic Sunset Coast Road. This is also a departure point for the ferry to Rottnest. The vibrant port city of Fremantle is a leisurely 15 km drive south along the Sunset Coast Road.
The Swan Valley, with its wineries and boutique restaurants, are less than half an hours drive to the east.
The Accomodation

The house suits families or business people with facilities provided for guests which include gym equipment, large swimming pool, pool table and an ADSL broadband connected computer. The telephone is connected with unlimited use of local calls. A small collection of mostly Australian books and maps are available for you to browse through. Children are well catered for with toys and games.
While the children are playing in the activity areas adults can relax in the peace and quiet of the separate lounge room - both areas have large TV's.
Billies Place has 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably, consisting of 1Q,1Dble,1Bunk Room and 2 single beds. The lounge has gas heating and there is reverse cycle airconditioning in the main living areas. The outdoor courtyard is a delight and the pool is always sparkling.
We live in an apartment upstairs, which has a separate and private entrance. We offer a personalised but non intrusive service and your comfort is our priority.This situation would be ideal for new arrivals to WA. We have had people stay from all over the world in the very short time we have been listed.
Small pets would be favourably considered. There is a very popular dog beach within 10minutes drive and the local bushland reserve is dog friendly for that all important walk. This reserve is within walking distance to the house.
Rates
Our rates are very competitive with no hidden extras. Linen and baby items are standard. Our pricing is clearly displayed on the website with the nightly rate for 4 people and extra people charged as stated.
