The master bedroom has views to the outdoor spa area, queen size bed and walks through to an ensuite with hollywood lights and double shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms both have double beds. All bedrooms have either built in or walk in robes.

The house is fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning allowing for the comfort of winter and summer weather. There is also a fitted monitored alarm system for extra security.

The garden is fully enclosed and child friendly, with a Tropical Outdoor Spa which can be cool in the summer and warm in the winter - all year round entertainment! Enter the Bali style entertaining area fully equipped with outdoor setting, Chef's BBQ and sun loungers.

Local Amenities and activities

A short walk away are local parks for the children and one of WA's best surf beaches, which is patrolled by Surf Life Savers during the summer season.

Take a stroll to Secret Harbours' 18 hole golf course which is open to the public or visit their Bristro Cafe for tea and scones!

For activities there are local tennis courts, surfing lessons on the beach, an aqua park, wildlife park or take a boat trip around Mandurah's Marina which is only 10 minutes drive.

If you prefer, sailing and yachting which is available to do in protected bays, fishing or take a trip offshore from Perth to Rottnest Island, the home of our famous Quokka's.

Secret Harbour and Surrounding areas

Rockingham and Mandurah are the nearest towns offering an array of restaurants, cafe's, bars and nightlife!

Alternatively take a trip to Perth City which is only 40 minutes drive away.

"Villa C-Air" located in Secret Harbour is a luxurious and modern get away for that relaxing long weekend for all locals, a family holiday for people coming from interstate or a "stop gap" for when you move to Western Australia, when all you will need is your toothbrush!
