Is situated in a garden setting to the rear of Springfield Cottagein the delightful suburb of Kallaroo.Close to Whitfords city,Joondalup city,and a 2 minute drive to beautiful Mullaloo beach and Hillay's Harbour.This large studio is fully equipped and has it's own bathroom and kitchen facilities,seperate entry and parking.Suitable for singles or couples.Next door is Springfield Homestead for large families.

This large comfortably furnished family home is ideally situated in Kallaroo, close to Whitfords City, Joondalup City, Hillary’s Harbour where you will find the ferry service to Rottnest Island and a 2 minute drive to beautiful Mullaloo Beach. It is also within reasonable driving distance to the Swan Valley. Yanchep National Park and a 20minute train ride to Perth City. Springfield Homestead has 5 bedrooms,2 bathrooms and a very large kitchen,dining,and lounge area.
