Designed by architect Nicholas Wright, Lalique is a fabulous one bedroom apartment offering indoor outdoor living space in a most stylish luxury building.

Originally designed as a 2 bedroom apartment, the bedrooms have been converted to one very large master bedroom creating a luxurious space with a sofa to relax on and plenty of dressing space.

Open plan living spaces include an ultra modern kitchen with Miele appliances, dining table with seating for 8 and lounge with spacious and comfortable sofas. The living areas overlook the large courtyard -a beautiful private space to relax with the outdoor dining and BBQ.

The stunning bathroom includes a shower over full sized bath and separate toilet. Laundry facilities include washing machine and dryer. Secure basement parking included.

Please note: this property is not suitable for children under the age of 12.

Located 8km from Melbourne CBD, Elwood is a bayside suburb between St. Kilda and Brighton. Lalique is just a few doors up from Marine Parade which leads down to Elwood Beach and is literally around the corner from Elwood Village with its cafes and restaurants. Lalique is an easy walk to the beach, St. Kilda attractions, parks and gardens and public transport.
Getting Here:
The airport shuttle bus stops near the corner of Glenhuntly Road and St. Kilda Street, approx 0.5km from Lalique.

As a member of the Boutique Stays group, this property has been personally inspected by our Managing Director, is serviced weekly to high quality standards and professionally maintained. We are also just a phone call away should you need anything during your stay.

Pet Stays are welcome by arrangement.

Check in 2:00 pm; check out 11:00am. We are more than happy to be flexible on these times depending on other bookings at the time.

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
