Ascot Terrace will charm you from the moment you step into the front yard. Boasting 3 good sized bedrooms, high ceilings and a light filled modern living area opening onto a private courtyard, this property is great for a short or longer stay. Ducted heating throughout and air conditioning in the living area ensures comfort in all seasons.

With a contemporary and functional open plan living area this home is fully equipped and ideal for relaxing holiday breaks or corporate accommodation rental for up to 6 people. The 2 queen beds and 2 x single beds are made up with crisp white linen to help ensure a comfortable night’s sleep and the spacious central bathroom gives you the choice of taking a leisurely bath or shower. There is a European style laundry with a washing machine and dryer plus an outside clothes line.

The kitchen comes complete with dishwasher and microwave making cooking a breeze, while the BBQ and outdoor setting offer another alternative when the balmy nights of summer draw us outside.
You can access the internet through complimentary wireless connection and enjoy the convenience of free local calls. On street parking is offered for one vehicle, with a permit provided.

Ascot Terrace is quality, self-contained accommodation and is ideal for executive short stays, is well suited for business travel and a great holiday house for the whole family. Should you be requiring relocation accommodation in Melbourne this property is a great choice. With the Melbourne Show grounds, Flemington Racecourse, Maribyrnong River and Highpoint shops nearby it is a quiet and convenient base for those visiting Melbourne. Small, friendly pets may be considered.

Ascot Terrace accommodation is convenientaly located near: Melbourne Ports, Flemington Racecourse, Moonee Valley Racecourse, Melbourne Show Grounds, Victoria University, Waterfront City, Dockside Business Park and the Westgate Freeway.

Pet Stays are welcome by arrangement.

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
