Interior accommodation

An art deco style home well equipped with beautiful furniture and all the necessary equipment to live in a home away from home.

The first bedroom has a large new queen bed with robe and chest of drawers. It is large enough to sit in and enjoy a quiet read. There is also room for a trundle in this bedroom if required.

The second bedroom is a delightful room with an Indian influence. It also has a new queen bed and robe. Whilst smaller than the first room it is still a large room with drawers and bedside tables.

There is a sofa bed in the third room which can be used as a bed by arrangement. This room opens out onto a wonderful sunny deck with an outside seating arrangement.

The lounge is a light and airy room with reverse cycle heating and cooling. There are 3 sofas, a large screen TV with DVD player with some DVDs available for use.

For the environmentally conscious the home is solar powered with large windows and a cool ocean breeze can be felt in summer.

Other facilities

The large deck runs from the back room and is easy accessed through new wooden glass doors. The deck is surrounded by a courtyard garden and a bank of large trees which includes gums, olives and jacarandas. A pleasant spot to sit and enjoy the birds singing in the mature trees or to sip a glass of wine with your friends.
There is parking for two cars on the property, more if required.
There is a laundry with washing machine, one new bathroom and two toilets.
