Sandy Point is located in the heart of old Lonsdale only minutes walk from back beach. Although being one of three units, it sits very privately along a long driveway with high brush fencing and native Ti-Tree surrounds- characteristic of the 'Lonsdale Feeling'. A locally built O'Dowd home, this accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms consisting of 1 queen, 1 double and 2 single beds. There are two living areas, one with open plan kitchen, meals and living and the other adjacent to the master bedroom, doubling as parents retreat. The main bedroom is semi ensuited with shared bathroom. The bathroom has shower over the bath and ample vanity space.
