The Rosie is situated approximately 500 meters in an ideal street. Everything is in walking distance - shops, beach, cinemas and cafes. The neighbours are quiet so it's ideal for the young family.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed doona and pillows.
Bedroom 2 has two bunks with doona and pillows(one set of single bunks, the other a double with single on top).
The kitchen has very good appliances including fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery, kettle, etc.
The comfortable lounge/dining area has 40" LCD TV and DVD player and mini hi fi system.
There is a medium sized backyard to relax in and enjoy the sunshine and pets are welcome.
