Full Foxtel (cable TV) package included or enjoy watching a DVD from our wide selection. The separate bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen size bed with choice of pillows to ensure a perfect night's sleep. The modern kitchenette is well equipped - including a microwave, fridge, cooktop - and includes all your cutlery and crockery requirements. Delightful breakfast hamper provided on day of arrival full of lots of wonderful treats! The pebbled ensuite is absolutely heavenly, and has a shower big enough for two. To complete the perfect property, Elwood Beaches has a lovely courtyard, washing machine, airconditioning & heating, off street parking, and so much more. Pets are welcome by arrangement. Wireless broadband internet also included in rates, just bring your own laptop.
Elwood Beaches is ideally located to enjoy a walk along the foreshore, have a hit of golf, catch a tram into the city or sip a latte around the corner in Elwood Village. All are within easy walking distance.

All bookings include gourmet breakfast hamper on arrival, internet, bed linen, towels, local phone calls, all utililties, and interim or weekly cleaning (for stays of a week or longer)

We are more than happy to be flexible on these times depending on other bookings at the time.
Minimum Stays
In general, we have a 7 night min for bookings made 3 months or more in advance, and a 5 night min otherwise. Variations to minimum stays include some peak periods which may attract longer minimum stays, and we will also accept stays of less than 5 nights at our discretion, usually if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar or within the month of enquiry.
