A luxurious and spacious self contained unit in the heart of Elwood. Easy walk to cafes, beach and public transport. Elwood Beaches is a one bedroom, delightful self contained property in the gorgeous, bayside suburb of Elwood. It has a particularly spacious with an open lounge/dining area complete with an open fire. Full Foxtel (cable TV) package included or enjoy watching a DVD from our wide selection.

The separate bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen size bed with choice of pillows to ensure a perfect night's sleep. The modern kitchenette is well equipped - including a microwave, fridge, cooktop - and includes all your cutlery and crockery requirements. A delightful breakfast hamper is provided on day of arrival full of lots of wonderful treats! The pebbled ensuite is absolutely heavenly, and has a shower big enough for two.

To complete the perfect property, Elwood Beaches has a lovely sunny courtyard, washing machine, airconditioning & heating, unrestriced on street parking, and so much more. Pets are welcome by arrangement. Wireless broadband internet also included in rates, just bring your own laptop.

Elwood Beaches is ideally located to enjoy a walk along the foreshore, have a hit of golf, catch a tram into the city or sip a latte around the corner in Elwood Village. All are within easy walking distance.

Standard Inclusions, Minimum Stays and Tariffs

All bookings include gourmet breakfast hamper on arrival, internet usage, bed linen, towels, local phone calls, all utilities, interim or weekly cleaning (for stays of a 8 nights or longer)and exit clean on departure.

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Australian Open Tennis: 7 nights
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
