we stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 storey unit.Being nearly new it was perfect except for my wife with her disabilty getting up the stairs. The view of the ocean and walking distance to the shops fantastic.I have told our friends and one have already stayed there also. They agreed it was just perfect,so thank you all.!

A great beachside town located between Geelong and Lorne. Spend a day at the local surf school learning to surf or relax sunbaking

Apollo Bay is a town on the move. Great bay beach, good for the young ones and a picturesque golf course set with an ocean backdrop to delight even the most serious golfers. Well worth a visit.

Apollo Bay is on the West Coast of Victoria and is where theOtway Ranges meet the sea. It isa major holiday destination and is at the end of one of the great drives in the world, The Great Ocean Road. Well serviced by all amenities it is also a major fishing port.

A fishing town near lorne on the great ocean rd, but much less fashionable than lorne, so there are less crowds and it is actually more pleasant

The hills behind Apollo Bay offer memorable scenery and there is excellent sea fishing in the area. Many shipwrecks have left remnants of their fate along the shores. In the district there are many walks, including the Melba Gully State park with it\'s informative self guided rainforest walk.

A great place to start your journey along the Great Ocean Road. Stayed a nice little caravan park at the entrance to Apollo Bay. Great pub down the road for meals and raffles. Cheap laundromat, cheap accommodation. The waves were really loud at night time though. But generally a really beautiful place.

Well, what can I say about this town and most of all its coastline. The coastline around Apollo Bay would have to be one of the most magnificient in Victoria, if not in Australia. In the summer Apollo Bay is a thriving tourists destination and in the winter it is a sleepy coastal town. It truly is a wonderful holiday destination. No high rise buildings, but wonderful beaches, seafood (caught daily by the local fisherman)and also nearby rainforest, waterfalls and national parks. Truly a beautiful out of the way holiday destination.
