Reviews of Bega
Rating: 4 out of 5
Melissa - July 2006
Bega is a quiet little town on the South Coast of NSW. It is home of the Bega Cheese Factory which is a fantastic place to stop and have a bite to eat. You can watch how cheese is made here and sample some of the best cheese in Australia. Their cafe offers some lovely sandwiches and snacks and isn\'t too badly priced. Well worth a stop in on the drive down to Victoria. Definately will be back again in the future.

Bega is a country town on the South Coast of NSW. Bega itself is an ordinary town, however the coast and country that surrounds Bega is absolutely beutiful. It is approx 30 mins to the beach from Bega. The beaches are to the east, south and north of Bega. West of Bega is Cooma and further on is Jindabyne and the snow. This is diary country. When it rains it the country side is lush rolling hills.
