a great place that has unreal surf. a bit crowded in the water when it is pumping. Grab a coffee at the surf club or the cafe on the waterfront and watch the waves roll in

Burleigh Heads is one of the best surf points of Australia. It is pretty warm all year and home of many famous surfers. It is a great tourist destination if you are into surf

Away from the hustle and bustle of Surfers, Burleigh is sedate but far from boring. Great restaurants, pubs and clubs. Great surf and the surfers make the most of it. New Years Eve on the beach at Burleigh is spectacular as you watch the fireworks over the Gold Coast while eating hot chips from one of the many takeaways along the strip. Loads of restaurants with ocean views.

Quieter than Surfer\'s and for some this is preferable as you are truly on holiday at the beach without the noise and bustle of too many people. It is close enough to get to any of the other attractions when you get bored and want to do something more interesting.

A nice coastal town a lot more quieter than Surfers Paradise, yet so close. Lots of great eateries and beaches.

Sit back on a lazy afternoon and just watch the world drift by... where else to do it but at Burleigh?

Take it easy, join the locals, away from the tourists.

A nice place which is a little quieter than Surfers Paradise, only being a 10 min drive from Surfers would be good if you don\'t like the crowds.

Best surf in Australia. What else can I say.
