This is a really lovely country town in Victoria. There are some lovely gardens here and lots of good local produce.

We liked the large parklands in the city centre. The art gallery in the civic centre has an outstanding collection (especially ceramics). The International Village and the Aboriginal Keeping place were of interest. A good place to break the journey if heading north.

SHEPPARTON is a town on of the roads which goes to Brisbane. There is a big Art Gallery and some museums. Also one of the largest outdoor playgrounds in Australia SPC Ardmona Kids Town. If it on your way it is worth stopping, but don\'t make extra effort going there.
