Strahan is a smallish port and the only town on Tasmania\'s west coast. We cruised across Macquarie Harbour to Hell\'s Gaates, and also up the Gordon River to Heritage Landing and Srah Island- the old penal settlement. The Vistors\' Centre at Strahan has self guide tour pamphlets andlots of information.
