One of South Australia\'s most popular beaches. You can go along the causeway by either foot or old horse tram to Granite Island to take a look at the fairy penguin colony. Victor Harbour is near Goolwa (good fishing and cruises to Hindmarsh Isalnd) and also near Port Elliot which has a working steam train.

a nice little sea side town. go for a walk on the pier and along the beach. watch out for the sharks!! a few nice camp grounds right on the beach

Victor Harbour is a few hours drive from Adelaide. Very nice little town. The main attraction is the Island which is connected with a bridge to the main land. There are some penguins at the island. There is really nice pizza shop in Victor Harbour ( I think the name was Nino\'s). One of the best pizzas and Italian gelato I\'ve ever eaten.

I remember going here when I was very young. My cousins lived in Adelaide and we went here for a few days r&r. It is where they used to spend their summers growing up. Lots of wildlife and whales to see if you are lucky. Boats and Yachts too.

Sit at the Bluff and watch the whales or take a stroll around Granite Island. Great day trip from Adelaide or take a weekend break there. Gets busy in Summer but it\'s generally cooler than the city. Lovely little trinket shops, easy to spend a few days there looking around the area.

Victor Harbour is a lovely seaside village on the Fleurieu Peninsula. It is about 80kms from Adelaide approx 1 hour drive. It is beautiful. You can see the Whales migrating in Whale watching season.
