A big inland town home to two important military bases, Wagga is also known for its Botanic Gardens and Zoo and the miniature railway. The National Art Glass collection is in the City Gallery on the Esplanade. Plenty of good eating places and supermarkets to stock up on your trip north.

Quite a big town in the middle of NSW. Lots of shopping and eateries and pubs. Lots of things to see in Wagga Wagga. Had a lot of fun at the Go Kart Track.

Great place, large inland city. Good break between Sydney and Melbourne or Adelaide. Uni town so the nightlife is good, same with the shopping.

Big town, a lot of shopping. Check out the botanical gardens and Victoria Hotel Bistro for a good value meal. Try the university wine & cheese shop
